Returns & Refund Policy
At Ayurvexa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition
- In the original packaging with all labels intact
- Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
- Not expired or near expiry at the time of return
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us — Email us at info@ayurvexa.com or WhatsApp at +91 96631 50503 with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the Item — Once approved, pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided.
- Receive Your Refund — After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when requesting the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery as per the return policy above.
